The remote gaming sector of London’s International Gaming Expo, ICEi is on course to break all previous records with no fewer than 44 companies from 20 jurisdictions now confirmed to make their show debut across 26/27/28 January. The newcomers, occupying over 885 square metres (9,523sq.ft) of Earls Court floor space, join an unrivalled list of blue chip e-gaming names, taking the latest ICEi roster to 101 exhibitors, past the all-time high watermark of 99 set in 2009.

Remote gaming exhibition ICEi continues to go from strength to strength, with the latest data from organisers Clarion Gaming confirming that 95 per cent of the 2008 exhibitors have booked their stands to return in 2009. This, coupled with heightened demand from first-time exhibitors, means that the 2009 event will occupy a record 2,600 square metres of net floor space, a 40 per cent year-on-year increase.

Yesterday it started in London the most spectacular edition in ICE history, in Earls Court exhibition center in the city of London, reaffirming its category as the main European event of the sector, and consolidating, once more, as one of the annual most important trade events in the industry worldwide. The first day, which gathered the main international firms in London, showed a very good level of public all day, and exhibitors were very pleased with the first results.

Malta-based one-stop-shop remote gaming experts, Cybergaming Consultants have decided to join London’s ICEi remote gaming expo, which runs between 22nd and 24th January 2008, for the second time.

Moconso GmbH, who CEO Alexander Wittkow describes as ‚thought leaders in mobile business‘, are the latest first-time exhibitors to add their name to London’s remote gaming expo, ICEi, which takes place at Earls Court Exhibition Centre between Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th January. On the Munich-based company’s addition to the ICEi roster, Wittkow noted: „I personally visited ICEi 2007 and decided then that the show is the right surroundings to present our solutions.

Garth Kimber, Head of e-gaming Development at The Isle of Man Government’s Department of Trade & Industry, has described ICEi 2008 as “an excellent opportunity to offer and to reinforce the Isle of Man’s position as the premier jurisdiction for e-gaming”. Kimber explained: “ICEi is the best opportunity to attract high quality license holders and tell the industry what the Isle of Man has to offer.

Organisers of ATEI, ICE and ICEi, collectively known as The London Show, chose United Nations Day (24th October) to announce a new target: of attracting visitors from their 180th territory at the forthcoming event (22nd-24th January). The current tally, which covers all visitors to the show since 1995, stands at 178.
